4. Counter-Notification Process

  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • Consent to local federal court jurisdiction

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

AppGet will:

  • Terminate accounts of repeat infringers
  • Maintain a database of infringement notices
  • Implement a three-strikes policy for copyright violations

6. Content Removal Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will remove or disable access to the infringing material
  • We will notify the affected user
  • We may provide the claimant with user contact information
  • We will document the takedown in our records

7. Timeframes

  • Initial Response: 24-48 hours for acknowledgment
  • Content Removal: Typically within 24 hours of valid notice
  • Counter-Notice Processing: 10-14 business days
